With the addition:

It is forbidden to drive underneath a lane that has been closed. This is displayed via the red X above the lane. You will be given plenty of warning to move out of those lanes prior to a red X being displayed. They are closed for a reason as there is danger ahead!

During the middle activities session the following temporary rules will be enforced:

Follow staff instructions and signage given on the map.
Racing other users is permitted in the designated zones (Track, Drag strip, Knock over the cone) under staff supervision.
Please form an orderly queue to participate in the activities. Barriers have been put in place to help with this. Queue jumping (Overtaking the queue) is not permitted.
Failing to follow event staff instructions could result in your removal for the duration of the event.

Event Rules:

Cars are not permitted excluding event staff.
Participants are required to have a trailer.
Overtaking is not permitted except to avoid a crash.
Red lights may be ignored as long as it is safe to do so. I.e. there is no approaching traffic
Event Staff are allowed to drive the incorrect way on roads with a central reservation barrier only.
Overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 event staff members at a time. In accordance with the rule above.

Event Rules:

All players must listen to Event Staff.
During the truckfest you must park in your own designated area.
Junctions and intersections may be blocked by Event Staff.
Free roaming in the server is not allowed.
No Double or Triple Trailers are to be used during the event.
Cars are only to be used by TMP Staff and Event Organisers.
You must use a trailer whilst on a convoy route.
Only Event Staff are allowed out of bounds. On the ground only. Not on top of buildings
Event Staff must follow the Event Organisers instructions.

Greetings, truckers!

Have you ever been driving down an empty, dim road and felt like you're being watched? Unsure if that figure in your mirror was just your imagination? Was that scraping noise a bush or something more sinister?

If you're looking for a surreal trucking experience for Halloween this year, we're hosting a convoy to push your bravery to the limit! Complete with custom modifications to push the scare factor to the max!

Join us this Saturday 31st October 2020 at 18:30 UTC (Alternative Timezones)!

Our spooky convoy will begin in the city of Bakersfield, California. Unfortunately, truckers that are frightened of the dark should not expect to see much light throughout the experience...

To add to the terror, the destination will not be announced! Try to stay together, and always follow the event team directions/instructions. You don't want to get lost alone out there, do you?

The convoy duration is estimated to be 120 minutes. It may be longer if you are towards the rear of the convoy. No breaks are scheduled, but you are welcome to pull into a safe place should you require a rest (If you aren't too scared).

Today we bring you a message from our partners at Truckers.FM!

On the 16th October 2015, Truckers.FM, an online community radio station for ETS2 and ATS drivers, began broadcasting on-air with a small team of friends. Today, TFM is the largest radio station dedicated to the Truck Simulation community and one of the biggest in the gaming radio genre, with a strong team consisting of management, presenters, production, Discord moderators and even a dedicated event ‘street’ team.

On the weekend of the 17th of October 2020, Truckers.FM will be turning FIVE years old and to celebrate, they are holding a HUGE party and YOU are invited!

FESTIVAL

To start their 5-year anniversary celebrations, everyone is invited to join Truckers.FM for a one of a kind exclusive event!

The event will be held just outside of London, UK On Euro Truck Simulator 2. This will include a festival area, dragstrip, and the infamous Trameri Challenge! It does not end there either! Throughout the event, we will be holding unique anniversary-themed shows hosted LIVE on Truckers.FM!

The great news just keeps on coming… included in all of this Truckers.FM will be hosting competitions, giveaways and so much more!

Trameri Challenge

For the past 5 years at TruckersFM, there has always been one unique challenge and YOU can take part!

The rules of the challenge are simple

You must use a single trailer (No doubles or triples).
You must reverse from the designated start line into the Trameri area.
You can only drive forward three times in total.

And what’s more, it will be you versus two other people, the first person to park successfully will be entered into a prize draw which will be drawn once per hour! Running from 17:00 - 23:00 UTC.

TRAMERI CHALLENGE

Dragstrip

Do you have what it takes to beat 7 other racers? Take a trip down to their on-site dragstrip!

And what’s this, even more prizes? That’s right! Running from 19:00 - 23:00 UTC, each hour each racer who places first will be entered into hourly prize draws.

And don’t worry, you can practise for the first TWO hours of the event (17:00 - 19:00 UTC) to ensure your truck is ready to take on the other opponents.

Greetings!

If you attended our Real Operations on Amercian Truck Simulator in May, you may have been impressed with our wide range of custom vehicles involved to pull off such a massive event. This time we've taken that to a new level!

With this we are bringing Real Operations back to Europe

Introducing...

POSTER

Our upcoming Real Operations will be the best Euro Trucks Simulator 2 event yet! Featuring lots of new vehicles and operations, you will be joined amongst thousands of players experiencing our most thrilling European adventure.

Everything will be happening in real-time for you and your fellow truckers to witness. From emergency vehicles responding to incidents, including; fire trucks, police cars, and ambulances, to dynamic custom roadworks, rescue missions, and even police chases!

Real Operations V10

There's not long to wait before you're in your truck and experiencing our tenth edition of TruckersMP's large scale event.

We're very excited to confirm the event will be live on Sunday 11 October 2020 between the hours of 15:00 - 19:00 UTC. That's four hours to experience the real operations.

If you're not sure when you can play in your timezone, please refer to our Alternative Timezones.

Real Ops V10 will be held around eight different cities ranging from Zurich, Stuttgart, and Innsbruck. All of the cities and roads where the operations take place are shown in the event zone map below.

In Real Operations, you can choose which city you start in, and where you want to end. You can take a trailer with any destination or use your own trailer if you're purchased one.

You don't need to set a destination, either! Participants are welcome to freely roam on the highlighted roads above to experience any route you choose. Want to check out that awesome operation again? You can turn around and experience it as much as you want! Just don't stop in a live lane!

This is going to be a unique event and as such the temporary rules have been adjusted to ensure it goes smoothly. It is strongly suggested that you read them before attending the event to ensure that you fall within them!

Event rules:

Participants must not interfere with the Operations planned by the TruckersMP Team.

Overtaking is allowed, only when safe and legal. Overtaking queues of traffic is forbidden.
Participants must drive on or near the Real Operations V10 event zone (https://i.imgur.com/VJbSmHv.png). Free-roaming in other cities and roads is forbidden.
Participants are required to obey all staff instructions. It is possible you will be pulled over or directed to move out of emergency vehicles paths where safe to do so.
In this event your vehicle should not exceed two (2) trailers. This includes dollies. This means HCT's are not permitted.
It is forbidden to drive underneath a lane that has been closed. This is displayed via the red X above the lane. You will be given plenty of warning to move out of those lanes prior to a red X being displayed. They are closed for a reason as there is danger ahead!
Overhead speed limits should be followed. These will be enforceable.
The hard shoulder may be used as a live lane. You should only ENTER the hard shoulder when directed to do so by the overhead signals and a speed limit above the lane will be displayed.
Stopping on the hardshoulder when it is being used as a live lane is not permitted. This will be classed as blocking. If you breakdown and cannot move off quickly, use F7+Enter to avoid blocking the road.
TruckersMP Staff are exempt from the CB abuse rule.

You must not impersonate any Event Staff

Any advertising, except for Prime Logistics, is not allowed
Event Staff are allowed to block junctions to keep the convoy on route
Event staff can overtake others on roads with a central reservation barrier only. Overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 event staff members at a time.
Event staff are permitted to travel the wrong way in accordance with the rule above.
Event Staff may be parked out of boundaries in a safe place. I.e. Not on buildings or objects

Hello Chrisxxs,

We usually schedule at least one official convoy each month. Then Truckers.FM usually host one monthly as well. A long with the multitude of the community events that occur.

In fact we actually had a convoy last weekend: https://truckersmp.com/event-request/490 next month will be on ATS as we swap each month between ETS2 and ATS.
