  1. Hi there, Try these: Solution 1: 1. Right click ETS2 in steam 2. Select 'Launch with OpenGL' 3. Let the game run and try going into game. 4. Exit the game and go back to steam, right click ETS2 again but this time select 'Launch with DirectX (64-Bit) 5. Again go into game and then exit. 6. Start TruckersMP up and see if the game stops crashing Solution 2: Have you tried to verify your game? > Go to Steam Library > Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files Wait until the game files are verified and try whether the error still occurs. Solution 3: You should start TruckersMP as admin. This is really important. Also, try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64) > Go to your steam App > Go to the library > Go to ETS 2 / ATS > Click "Play" > Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit). Make sure you chose 64 bit. > Start ETS 2 > Choose your profile and press "drive" > Close ETS 2 > Start TruckersMP as admin. TruckersMP will start with DirectX for all time. Except you change it again. Solution 4: Step 1. Right click your 'Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer' / 'American Truck Simulators Multiplayer' .exe file, whether it be the shortcut on the desktop or actual file and then click properties. Step 2. If you right clicked it's shortcut, make sure you clicked the shortcut tab. If you clicked the .exe file, make sure you are on the general tab. You should see a section say: ( Target: "C:\Program Files\TruckersMP\launcher_ets2mp.exe" ) OR it's custom install path. (Minus the brackets) What you need to do is on the end of it, add: ( -homedir C:\Users\Michael\Documents\ETS2MP ) It should look something like: ( Target: "C:\Program Files\TruckersMP\launcher_ets2mp.exe" -homedir C:\Users\Michael\Documents\ETS2MP )

This solution has helped other players recently: Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available). Delete all files from both folders. Launch the launcher as administrator and try again Also try this: Open any VPN program and try again. Hi there, Can you try these: 1) You can try and reset the modem 2) Close VPN application 3) Check your IP address 4) Make sure that you are not connected to another network 5) start the tmp launcher as administrator Also try these: -Avoid using Wi-Fi. -Avoid uploading or downloading and playing MP at the same time. -Avoid doing Windows Updates at the same time. -Avoid having too many users or devices at the same time into your network. -Avoid using streaming services at the same time. -Check your firewall settings into your router/switch. -Prefer using servers nearest to your location. -Try to talk with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and see if you can come up with a solution. Ask your ISP if they support internet profiles such as Fast path or Interleave and ask for Interleave. Interleave will raise your ping but it will do more packet checks by your ISP.

Hi there, Please try the following: 1.Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework 2.Clean your temp files with CCleaner 3.Check your temp files path and make sure it's located at C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache 4.If you don't have "INetCache" folder make a new folder and name it "temp" and then open the Windows temp settings and choose the new path by clicking on Move folder... If the above steps didn't work for you, open Command Prompt as admin and type net user Administrator /active:yes .This will activate the built-in Administrator account. Log out your account and log in the Administrator account. Open TruckersMP launcher and install the updates. Try to launch the game and see it if works. Log out again and log back in with your normal account. If you still have the same error you can keep playing from the Administrator account as a temporary solution. Also try this Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Hi there, As I seen, there is no profile in your Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles Try these Check if your profiles are in C:/Users/<username>/OneDrive/Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles folder. Go to My Documents / Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder. A copy of the profiles is created when updating the game, profiles (1.31.1.4s). as. you may have saved a large share of the profile. If it doesn't have, you can download some here:
