    I have seen the Pilot Skin in game a couple of time and the drivers don't seem to be admins. So my question is how to I get access to use the Pilot Skin and do you have to be an administrator to be Police. I have been kicked for using the Pilot Skin. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.
