Aek177's post in [ANSWERED] [GMM] Admin question was marked as the answer
Thank you for submitting a question to us! Our staff members are allowed to join a VTC if they wish to. We expect them to still enforce the rules, do their duties etc to our expectations whilst being in that VTC. So that would include taking appropriate punishments on their own VTC members should they need to and still fulfilling our activity requirements etc. I hope this helps answer your question!
Aek177's post in [ANSWERED] [GMM] Ban Evading with Deleted Accounts was marked as the answer
If you provide evidence showing the streamer or person in question is ban evading then the report can still be accepted regardless of whether the account was deleted. If you believe the report you made was handled incorrectly then you can take it to the feedback system and we can look into it and see if it needs reviewing again. If you mean you cannot report them because the account is deleted, then the best thing to do is make the report with another TMP ID and state which ID you meant to report in the comment section. So, yes you can still report deleted accounts but the report system won't recognise the ID when you try to create the report if that makes sense. I hope this answers your question.
EDIT: Alternatively you can just contact us via the feedback system and we can look into it from there.

Aek177's post in The last time the ban was 12 months ago, will the number of bans start again? was marked as the answer
If you only have one 1 month ban in your history and one 3 month ban and you get no bans in the next year then the whole procedure starts again with 2.8 being applied.
So, if all your bans have the yellow dot next to them and the statement I said above is true your ban won't be permanent.
I would also like to say it is very much situational to what ban length you get depending how many bans you have had in total in your history so this is a little hard to answer without being able to see your TMP profile.
