  1. Correct, the least number you can reach is 1 report instead of 0 as it was in the past. Which means, the only case when you might not be able to submit the reports is if you get banned from the reporting system.
  2. If you disagree with the decision made on the report, you can still contact the Game Moderation Management via the feedback system as you would normally do before the anonymization. The Game Moderation Management can still see who has dealt with the report, which means they can take the further actions when necessary.
  3. Hello @ImmJoe, Thanks for the suggestion. However, this has already been suggested a few times before. You can read one of the recent rejection explanations here: Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  4. It is an Award, not an Achievement. These two are completely different things.
  5. Visit your profile, scroll down little bit and you will see the "Awards" section, right under Patreon.
  6. The way we choose report scores for the reports has not been changed. The only change regards to the report scores is that the highest number of reports a player can create was reduced to 10.
  7. Hello there, Since your forum topic does not follow the suggestions category rules and you deleted your TruckersMP account, I will go ahead and close this topic. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Locked
  8. There was such a feature released for a short period of time in the past, but quickly got reverted due to players that started deleting their accounts and doing everything to avoid getting banned. If you follow the rules, you do not have to worry about anything, as most of the time people type "rec ban" even when they are not recording.
  9. Game Moderation Team Recruitment From the 26th September until the 29th September, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our expanding team of Report Moderators within the Game Moderation team. Joining Process Initially, you will join under the team under the role of Game Moderation Trainee. During this time, you will receive 1 to 1 training with experienced Game Moderator Trainers. At this point, you will receive permission to review website reports and deal with your ban appeals, by applying what has been taught during your training and your own knowledge. During this period, your work will be subject to frequent checks by leaders, trainers and management to ensure you're progressing and developing in the role. This position does not require any specific language skills, however understandable English is still a requirement as per the Core Requirements. Before you submit an application, we strongly recommend that you read the following Knowledge Base article with many tips and information regarding our recruiting process: https://truckersmp.com/kb/1019. If you think that you'd be a valuable asset for the Game Moderation team, you can apply here.
  10. That's correct. Before, we were performing the checks manually, but now the system does that automatically and blocks the connection. Players who face such situation get a message in-game with the explanation and recommendation to contact the Game Moderation Management via the feedback system for assistance. Hope this makes it more clear now. And yeah, the announcement is coming soon
  11. Hello @Qualy, Thanks for the suggestion. However, this has already been suggested here: Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  12. Reworking input method to give the players ability to change TruckersMP keybinds is something we are considering for future.
  13. Hello @ROMANISTA [ITA], Thank you for your suggestion! It's essential for our team handling reports to accurately identify the nature of the violation, whether it's related to driving, hacking, inappropriate language in chat/cb, or another violation. This distinction helps us address the issue appropriately. However, it's worth noting that regardless of the report reason chosen, it doesn't impact the outcome of the punishment. Our report handlers have the responsibility to evaluate each case thoroughly and determine which specific rules were violated. They have the flexibility to apply appropriate punishments based on their assessment, which may include various rule violations beyond the initially chosen reason. If you wish to share multiple rule violations or explain the reason behind the report, you have the ability to do so via the explanation part. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  14. Hello @Heasid, Thanks for the suggestion! However, we decided not to proceed with the proposed idea. The primary reason for this rejection is that the mere accumulation of in-game hours and the duration of registration on the project does not necessarily indicate a player's understanding and competence to our rules, as well as our enforcement methods. Implementing such a system could inadvertently create opportunities for abuse. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  15. Hello @[VTC ATL] maz1lovo, Thanks for the suggestion! In response to a suggestion from our community, we have adjusted the minimum report score that users can possess. It has been modified from 0 to 1, affording players an opportunity to enhance this score by contributing valuable reports. Currently, we do not have any intentions of performing a complete reset of user report scores. We have confidence in the existing system, which we believe operates fairly. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  16. // Moved to the Help section
  17. It remains at the same stage because the essential systems required for AI traffic to function, like the replication framework, have not been completed yet. Devs can only start work on the AI traffic feature once these systems are in place. When those systems will be ready? Well, there is no ETA for this time being.
  19. Hello @Slavisa69, Thanks for the suggestion! However, this is a core game feature request that falls under the scope of SCS Software, the developers of ETS2 and ATS. I highly encourage you reaching out to SCS Software via their forum and share your idea there. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  20. Hello @Papa Koelschi, Thank you for your suggestion! I appreciate your input, but I regret to inform you that we will not be reconsidering this restriction. The decision to prohibit double and triple trailers on the Kirkenes road was made due to the narrow and challenging nature of the road, which even single trailers find difficult to navigate. Allowing larger trailers resulted in significant issues and traffic disruptions. At this stage, we have no plans to reverse this decision. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
