Owh, ok, oukey.
Website profile.
Saw it.
Thanx a lot @Leon Baker !
But still does not appear on my /achievements page with other public ones..?
It is an Award, not an Achievement. These two are completely different things.

I finished the survey at the beginning of August.
And think I have a problem with this...
Still can't see it in my profile.
How exactly to claim it/get it?
Visit your profile, scroll down little bit and you will see the "Awards" section, right under Patreon.

Does this mean that we can no longer get the report score back by submitting "good" reports? If this is the case, I don't think it's really fair for those who had declined reports long time ago and are trying to improve now.
The way we choose report scores for the reports has not been changed. The only change regards to the report scores is that the highest number of reports a player can create was reduced to 10.

I also wish there was a way you as a player you could know if a report has been submitted against you (that hasn’t been reviewed yet) let’s just say there was a couple of incidents last week where people said “rec” in the chat that although would be a soft ban you still have to wait a good week possibly two to know if you are getting banned or not.
There was such a feature released for a short period of time in the past, but quickly got reverted due to players that started deleting their accounts and doing everything to avoid getting banned. If you follow the rules, you do not have to worry about anything, as most of the time people type "rec ban" even when they are not recording.

- Previous Moderation experience with provable examples in similar communities.
Joining Process
- Initially, you will join under the team under the role of Game Moderation Trainee. During this time, you will receive 1 to 1 training with experienced Game Moderator Trainers.
- Once you have successfully completed your training and passed the relevant assessments, you will then be offered the position of Report Moderator. At this point, you will receive permission to review website reports and deal with your ban appeals, by applying what has been taught during your training and your own knowledge. This position does not require any specific language skills, however understandable English is still a requirement as per the Core Requirements.

Does that mean that the system is now able to detect people using another account and will auto-kick them?
That's correct. Before, we were performing the checks manually, but now the system does that automatically and blocks the connection. Players who face such situation get a message in-game with the explanation and recommendation to contact the Game Moderation Management via the feedback system for assistance. Hope this makes it more clear now. And yeah, the announcement is coming soon

Hello @ROMANISTA [ITA],
Thank you for your suggestion!
It's essential for our team handling reports to accurately identify the nature of the violation, whether it's related to driving, hacking, inappropriate language in chat/cb, or another violation. This distinction helps us address the issue appropriately. However, it's worth noting that regardless of the report reason chosen, it doesn't impact the outcome of the punishment.
Our report handlers have the responsibility to evaluate each case thoroughly and determine which specific rules were violated. They have the flexibility to apply appropriate punishments based on their assessment, which may include various rule violations beyond the initially chosen reason. If you wish to share multiple rule violations or explain the reason behind the report, you have the ability to do so via the explanation part.
Sincerely,
Leon Baker

Hello @Heasid,
Thanks for the suggestion!
However, we decided not to proceed with the proposed idea. The primary reason for this rejection is that the mere accumulation of in-game hours and the duration of registration on the project does not necessarily indicate a player's understanding and competence to our rules, as well as our enforcement methods. Implementing such a system could inadvertently create opportunities for abuse.
Thanks for understanding!
Sincerely,
Leon Baker

Hello @[VTC ATL] maz1lovo,
Thanks for the suggestion!
In response to a suggestion from our community, we have adjusted the minimum report score that users can possess. It has been modified from 0 to 1, affording players an opportunity to enhance this score by contributing valuable reports. Currently, we do not have any intentions of performing a complete reset of user report scores. We have confidence in the existing system, which we believe operates fairly.
Thanks for understanding!
Sincerely,
Leon Baker

Any news regarding the development and implementation of AI traffic?
It remains at the same stage because the essential systems required for AI traffic to function, like the replication framework, have not been completed yet.
Devs can only start work on the AI traffic feature once these systems are in place. When those systems will be ready? Well, there is no ETA for this time being.

Hello @Papa Koelschi,
Thank you for your suggestion!
I appreciate your input, but I regret to inform you that we will not be reconsidering this restriction. The decision to prohibit double and triple trailers on the Kirkenes road was made due to the narrow and challenging nature of the road, which even single trailers find difficult to navigate. Allowing larger trailers resulted in significant issues and traffic disruptions. At this stage, we have no plans to reverse this decision.
Sincerely,
Leon Baker

Hello @RMI Team Fu Chuan,
Thank you for your suggestion!
We appreciate your concern about the waiting period for web reports. We want to inform you that we are actively addressing this issue. We have recently initiated recruitment in March and have plans for further expansion of our team to reduce waiting times for web reports and not only. Additionally, further external and internal changes are underway to improve efficiency.

Hello @Waldgeist,
Thanks for the suggestion!
After careful review of your proposal, I regret to inform you that we will not be proceeding with this idea. The implementation of language-specific chat rooms poses practical challenges due to the vast diversity of languages used in our community. While we are planning chat room enhancements, they will focus on different objectives rather than language divisions.
Sincerely,

If you disagree with the decision made on the report, you can still contact the Game Moderation Management via the feedback system as you would normally do before the anonymization. The Game Moderation Management can still see who has dealt with the report, which means they can take the further actions when necessary.
