Please try the following steps:
 
Step 1;
1. Open Steam, go to LIBRARY -> GAMES
2. Right click on Euro  Truck Simulator  2 and open Properties
3. After the Properties window has opened click LOCAL FILES tab and press BROWSE LOCAL FILSES
4. A folder with game files opens. Remember the path to this folder
 
Step 2;
1. Click Start -> Run (or WIN+R)
2. Type regedit and hit enter
3. Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP
4. Look at the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2"
 
Step 3;
1. Copy the folder address from STEP 1
2. Change the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" (Insert the copied folder address)
3. Click OK.

Please try the following:
 
Step 1:

TruckersMP doesn't support most of the mods from the steam workshops since they may cause crashes and if TMP support it ,it will force people to download them.

In order to activate your games on our website, you must have at least 2 hours of play time on Steam for American Truck Simulator
 
Also make sure that your steam privacy is set to public:
Go to your profile in Steam and click on edit. Navigate to your privacy settings and make sure that your profile and game details are both set to public.
The little checkbox in the game details area needs to be unchecked in order for our system to detect your games.
It eventually should look like: https://prnt.sc/j4gkew.

as you said above,i suggest to you try to sleep
 
also you can follow this guide to reset you economy
a)You should try to rescue to service F7 + Enter (this sometimes resets your economy)
b)You should try to sleep (only a temporary fix, but is not guaranteed to fix economy)
c)You should teleport to another garage
d)Economy reset. This solution will reset and repopulate your jobs list / freight market and return you to your home garage.
Below there are two examples of how to do it:
1. Go to My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles My Documents\American Truck Simulator\profiles or  and find your profile - if you only have one profile it'll be the only one, otherwise you'll have to work out which one you want.
2. Open the config.cfg in the profile folder in your text editor of choice (e.g. notepad).
3. Look for the line uset g_force_economy_reset "0" - change the 0 to a 1 and save the file.
4. Now start ETS2MP and load your profile. You should receive a message saying "Game change detected", etc. Your economy will now have been reset.
5. Lastly, exit again and change that 1 back to a 0 in your config.cfg, otherwise it'll reset every time you start the game.
 
How to reset game economy using the in game console:
1. Go to My Documents\Eurotruck Simulator 2\profiles or My Documents\American Truck Simulator\profiles and find your profile
2. Open the config.cfg in the profile folder and open with Notepad/wordpad
3. Look for uset g_developer "0"
4. Look for uset g_console "0"
5. Change the "0" to a "1"
6. Save the file (NOT save as)
7. Load your game and profile
8. Press ` key
9. Type in "uset g_force_economy_reset "1"
10. Save your game and exit
11. Reload the game and your recent saved profile
12. Open the console by pressing the ` key and pressing the up arrow
13. Repeat step 9 but change the "1" to a "0"
14. Repeat Step 11, 12 & 13
15. You should now get the "Game change detected" message
16. Your economy should now be reset
Please notice that all these fixes are temporary.

Solution:
1.If core_ets2mp.dll is not working for whatever reason you can get the above error. Usually it appears when you try to update the multiplayer launcher with the game open.
2.First, check if ETS2 process is running. If so, end it and try again. If this doesn't help delete core_ets2mp.dll, re-open launcher and re-download file.  Path: C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP

 For your problem try to follow the next steps:
1) Be sure that you write the email, not the TMP username or Steam username.
2) Be sure that you write the correct email address, with "@" symbol and if you have "@yahoo.com","@gmail.com","[email protected]" etc.
3) Be sure that you have the right keyboard language, so "ENG" or another language.
4) Create a Notepad on your desktop and write your email and password, start the game in mp and paste the informations.
5) A very important point is that you need to have the same email with your steam email address. So you have to have "[email protected]" in TMP login and "[email protected]" in steam. If you don't have it so, go here https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings, account settings and change the email to have same with your steam account.
6) Go in documents folder>ETS2MP and delete the "client.ecd". Start the game and paste again with CTRL+V (STRG+V for german keyboards) your log in informations. If didn't work, please write to us again!
