      chris you dont need going east to play the scandinavia dlc from what ive seen there might be a ferry via Ijmuiden (the amsterdam port)

      Of course you don't need Going East DLC, that would be hiddeous then lol. There are ports from Germany and the UK (Not sure about Amsterdam) that go up to Denmark, Norway and Sweden :D
