The evidence that you submit in the report to review should be of minimal quality to allow us to see the nicknames, at least the perpetrator's nickname. I understand that some websites are prohibited for Chinese people, but there are different alternatives to upload the evidence. Unfortunately, some sites require an account to view the videos in high quality, otherwise those videos will be viewed at the worst possible quality. That means that the staff and the perpetrator would have to create an account on that site to view the evidence properly, and that's unfair and unnecessary. We try very hard to see the perpetrator's nickname in low quality evidences, but sometimes the website chosen to upload the evidence reduces the quality of the video so much that it's impossible for us to see the nickname, even if we try our best to see it.
The TruckersMP rules apply to everyone equally, regardless of the player's nationality. All players who wish to report another player have to report them with evidence that clearly shows the name of the perpetrator. Otherwise it's unfair to judge someone who can't see their name in the evidence, it could easily be someone else.
§1.4 - Reporting users- The perpetrator's name must be readable in the evidence provided.

No, thanks. This is not a method we would like to see from management. I really do think i'm not the only one.
They tell you to submit a feedback ticket so that you have a concrete answer to the situation you have experienced, the managers will not give you an answer of something concrete that has happened to you for everyone to look at that answer. You will never know what the manager's answer is if you don't send the feedback, your argument is completely wrong.

Hasta donde tengo entendido, la comunidad latina esta conforme con nuestro trabajo, incluso nos piden ayuda cuando lo necesitan y les damos asistencia cada vez que podemos. Es una lastima que cierta parte de la comunidad solo nos insulte y nos trate mal sistematicamente, y despues se queje cuando son baneados por cometer violaciones a las reglas de TruckersMP. Tienen el sistema de Feedbacks disponible si tienen pruebas de lo contrario y estan disconformes con nuestro accionar.

Each member of the Staff is a real person, just like you or any other user, who has a real life and priorities just like any other person. It's not a paid job, we are all volunteers who invest our free time in TruckersMP in each sector, providing help to users, moderating the servers and dealing with reports, creating new events and objets / new cars for you, etc. But, as I have said before, we have a life behind this monitor that we must take care of, we have a family that we must support, a job that we must attend, time with friends and free time that we need to use for other things. You, as well as all users, have the report system available to use in case there is no GM present to deal with the situation. By simply recording the situation and creating a report you can make a change so that the player will be sanctioned according to our rules. In addition, Euro Truck Simulator 2 map is a huge map, if you have the map extensions it is even larger, and if you have the Promods the map is huge enough to spend hours and hours driving all over the places. If you have a problem at a single point on the road, just make a report against the user and then you can choose another point to continue driving, the CD route is not the only route on the map.

At times, our queue can get pretty big which will delay response time. But do not worry because every report will get dealt with eventually, no report goes unchecked.
As you can see, our load on the system is very high due to the high number of reports loaded on the system, so our response time is reduced.

Hello there!
You can report a user and point out in the report that the player has broken "X" rule. But the Moderators, when we watch the video, we have the ability to define which rule has broken the player you have reported. Sometimes, the player may be banned for a different reason from the one you have pointed out in the report.Kind regards,

No se puede enviar videos o evidencia para banear a otro usuario vía mensaje privado a un moderador porque para eso existe el sistema de reportes que funciona correctamente.Cada usuario tiene 10 reportes para utilizar, si el usuario utiliza el sistema de reportes de forma correcta subirá el ranking y podrá realizar mas reportes. Si usted utiliza el sistema de reportes y lo utiliza de forma errónea, o reportando jugadores de forma inapropiada, tu ranking bajara y podrás reportar menos, hasta llegar a 0 reportes. Si tu contador llega a 0 reportes esto significa que usted ha utilizado el sistema de reportes erróneamente y has reportado a usuarios de forma inapropiada o sin fundamentos.
Por lo tanto, utilizamos el ranking para evitar que otros jugadores colapsen el sistema de reportes con evidencias sin fundamentos, falsas o incorrectas, y de la única forma de evaluar la calidad de los reportes es utilizando el sistema de reportes. Lamentablemente, si usted no tiene mas reportes deberá esperar a que los moderadores contesten sus reportes previos, o si usted ha tenido varios reportes declinados con valoración negativa usted no podrá utilizar el sistema de reportes porque ya lo has utilizado mal.
Asi que, para resumir, no se puede porque para eso existe el sistema de reportes.

La sección de ayuda, sea en el idioma que sea, se modera para dar una respuesta clara y apropiada al usuario que esta preguntando. Si tu comentario tiene información que ayuda al usuario que ha preguntado se publicara tu respuesta. Caso contrario, si tu respuesta a la pregunta del usuario tiene información ya escrita por otro jugador, información innecesaria o que no ayuda a responder la pregunta del usuario tu comentario sera evitado para no confundir al usuario. Incluso tu pregunta actual esta siendo moderada.

El equipo de moderación califica la calidad de los reportes que los usuarios realizan, para ayudar a eliminar la mayoría de los reportes que no son utiles o que son reportes sin sentido. Cuantos mas reportes con puntuación positiva presentes usted podrá realizar mas reportes, caso contrario si usted presenta reportes con una calificación negativa usted podrá realizar menos reportes. Es posible que tu puntuación ha llegado a 0 y usted no pueda volver a reportar a otro usuario.Para mas informacion puedes visitar este link

Hola!
Ese problema se produce cuando el launcher no se ha actualizado correctamente o tenes un launcher antiguo. Para arreglar ese problema usted debe abrir el launcher y pulsar la tecla F1. El launcher te pedira que lo actualices, tocas el boton para actualizar y el launcher descargara los archivos necesarios para actualizarlo. Con esto tu problema estará solucionado.

Hello!
As mentioned above, TruckersMP only works with Windows OS. The only way you could try is to build a "virtual PC" with Windows OS on your current PC. This way you will have Linux as your main OS, then you will run your virtual PC with Windows and you will be able to run programs that only use that OS. The only disadvantage would be that you will have to open the virtual PC every time you want to play TruckersMP or any other program that uses only Windows.

As the rule states, you cannot include insults in the title of the video, nor insult within the evidence regardless of whether the insult is mild or heavy because you would be breaking rule 1.4. If you include an insult of any kind your evidence will be invalid and the report will be rejected. I understand that the insult you used can be categorized as mild, but it is still an insult. Keep this in mind the next time you make reports, additionally you can read the rules to learn more about what rule 1.4 say.Kind regards,

Como dice en ese mensaje, el sistema está detectando que hay una cuenta secundaria (que esta baneada actualmente) asociada a tu cuenta con la que queres ingresar al servidor, y por esa razón te saca del servidor. Si crees que es un error y que no tenes cuentas secundarias, podes hacer un feedback al sector de Game Moderation Management para discutir acerca de este inconveniente. Para hacer un feedback tenes que dirigirte aquí, también podés leer esta guía si no sabes cómo hacer el feedback ticket.
