Can't start game with volvo fh16 2012 truck

Morning guys today i have a problem is i can't start the game with volvo truck.I can login and can get in the Start interface.But when i press the start button，the game crashed. I tried to reinstall the game and software, but none of them worked.All my documents are original and unmodified. Please tell me how I should solve this problem.Thank you.
