No, not USB. I believe it has to do with connection on that "thin" cable, that goes from wheel to pedals section that has a lot of connector pins. If it has USB issues, it will be probably do that spinning rituel everytime it happens.

That stuff happens. It is because often pedals confuse / mix with brake vs. throttle. Do check your connections between feet accssory to main wheel. There can be some problem about connection, it may be loose and disconnect time to time.

It's a "feature" Serious answer, you can not disable it. It is added for some unknown idea and according to official answer, it is not a bug but a feature. That's how they like it.

You can not. It is MP mod problem and supposed to be fix on next patch...

Another option is to check if "shortcut" has "parameters" added. Right click on shortcut -> Properties, see if any parameters beside filename is there, like -64bit etc. It launches SP if you have them so.

It is not a bug, You are downloading each and every player "Name, profile picture, Truck model, Skin model, Skin colors, every single accessory: Cabin type, wheel types of every 6 or 8, engine plate, driver plates, codriver plates, number of mirrors, sunshield type, each single light they have placed on their truck" in your radius once they are in range. Your computer can get lag to spawn truck fitting information requested depending on your Network speed, GPU Power and HDD speed, this lag might vary. Player trucks has big number of polygons, that's why you have 1 in SP and rest are low polygon truck models as you see as AI, but in MP, all of them are big polygon calculations. Unless developers decide to show your screen every other players truck , naked meaning skinless, without accessory (like AI trucks in SP), you will get this lag. Even in SP with custom trailer & such mods, you can get this graphic lag. You might like to disable "skin DLC's" to improve loading performance.

It is to make sure each account is controllable. If you have been naughty and get banned, you can open unlimited account and always avoid ban if family accounts were counted. So yes, if you want to play MP seperately, you have to buy the game for each account. But you can always play single player.

Go to Single player once and sleep there, then come back to MP

Sorry, my bad english and sense of humour... Here it is better explanation for sentence above (heck, where did you even get the map mods or external mods topic) Devs, not us, added forced non-official content --- in this case snow texture is now seen on players "without" winter-mod (default SCS weather), not just winter-mod... From my point of view, this is "wrong way" , on legal level and not even optional this time. They tried to sync weather, but their server's rain probability is almost like 100%, server. Currrently weather sync attempt is not even at alpha state to put on alpha testing. It's better they look for other ways of doing this like using "i" flag on g_force_weather etc. On other hand, this current snow on sunny summer day with no clouds in the sky means non-stop wipers, constant blurred windshield while trying to drive carefully effectively disturbing optical nerves once come from a light source (monitor in this case) , may cause unwanted health problems. I'm not even counting FPS drops on low to top-mid range computers. PS: I can not break any more rule now
