    I mean it could be as simple as not giving a person access to a server they maybe got ban on 3 or 4 times if they have been ban for reckless or trolling activity to access Euro#1 server or any server that people takes simulation serious on could have them able to access one specific sever which would be for people who got ban for reckless or trolling activity and doesn't take simulation serious and have them play on that server.
