Sometimes, I have to break really hard my truck (or car, mainly happens on the car) and then it turns off (because i forgot to press the clutch or put in neutral whilst breaking) and after that, even If I have 0 damage, I cannot move, my truck starts, accelarates (if I'm pressing the clutch) but otherwise, if any or the gears are set, it won't pass 5k RPM and won't move. Going to a service does not help. Does anyone know how I can move again without restarting the game? I record my gameplay and this affect the flow of things.

Thank you everyone for your answers. I do record my gameplay for this exact reason. I was actually able to find his name in video using slow-mo. My main issue now is that, if I hadn't looked to the left at my window, I'd have never recorded his name, because his player tag never showed when he was on my left side mirror. https://image.prntscr.com/image/g0l2GvYvQWC1W-f2XQPbXA.png

So, I have a question. How am I supposed to report rammers if their names/number does not appear to me and they hit and run, making me unable to distinguish who the guy was?
