Again, thanks to all however I figured it out. And this is to NOT update to WINDOWS 10 CREATORS UPDATE. I restored one version earlier thanks to Microsoft Support and now I can play it. So for record, do not update to the CREATORS UPDATE.

Thank you all however I cannot send a screenshot because after administrator, my mouse does a loading screen loop and then nothing happens at all. And yes, I do use MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner Statistics however I could run the game before yesterday. I haven't changed anything so this should work. It is not loading into a game, its the updater that says Launch ATS and Launch ETS2

Dear User, Yesterday night I was wanting to play some ETS2 Multiplayer yet when I went to open it, it won't open even on Administrator mode. Today I reinstalled it 5 times and it still won't open. Please Help Ieuan
