You can always press on the link "Forgot password?" either when you are going to login on this website or via the multiplayer launcher. Then type in your e-mail and a link to change password will be sent to that e-mail. If you have problems with some specific letters when login in to the launcher then it's a bug which I have a problem with as well. Can you please describe the issue a little bit more, please?
