    Hello, 
     
    Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
    Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
    Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
    Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
    Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download
    Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

    The Reason of the Game Freezing like this is because of:
    You have a lot of Money / Garages / Drivers etc.

    Because of this, you must patiently wait for the game to catch up with all your economy.
    (Usually takes around 10-20 minutes)

    Hey. If you are reading this topic, then you are experiencing this problem. Well, let me try to help you
    The version of your game meets the requirements of multiplayer, but you still see an error like this:

    If you can not enter the singleplayer;
       
    Please exit the game and exit steam.  Then please restart steam as admin.  Then please run the launcher as admin once steam has started.  Does this work?

      If you can not enter the multiplayer;

    Welcome to the forums.
     
    To start off, I have  a few questions for you:
     
    1. Does this occur in singleplayer? 
    2. What sort of crash are you experiencing? e.g. 'ets2.exe has stopped working' or 'fatal error' crashes? 
    3. Do you have any wheels connected?
     
    If you answer the questions above, I can provide a more specific answer.
     
    However, for now - please try the following solutions:
     
    Solution 1: (General crashing, 'ets2.exe has stopped working')
    > Go to Steam
    > Steam Library
    > Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 / American Truck Simulator
    > Properties
    > Local Files
    > Verify integrity of game files
    > Wait for the process to complete, then attempt to launch MP.
     
     
    Solution 2: (Fatal Error)
     
    Instructions for solution 2 are found on the official support guide attached above. 
     
    Solution 3: (General step to always be followed)
     
    Always run the launcher with administrator privileges. 
     
    Solution 4: (If you have any sort of wheels connected)
     
    > Unplug your wheel
    > Launch ETS2 SP
    > Go to Options
    > Controls
    > Disable 'Fore Feedback' by unchecking the tick box
     
     
    The ETS2MP Beginner Save, fix my problem.
    TIP: NEVER open the save that you use on Multiplayer on Single Player. If you do that, the save gets corrupted

    1. Go to Steam Library
    2. Left click Euro Truck Simulator 2
    3. Play
    4. Euro Truck Simulator 2 64 bit click
    5. Run the game in Direct X 64 bit via singleplayer, then launch multiplayer
    6. Then Happy Trucking  

     
    Try this to fix the issue you have to download Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.2 from Windows.

    Steps:
    1. Download and install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.2
    2. Restart PC
    3. Run TruckersMP launcher as Administrator

    Common solution is to fire/dismiss all your drivers and then remove/sell their trucks. Sometimes MP takes a while to sync all of the drivers and their trucks so it ends up freezing. Once you do this, the freezing times should reduce or completely stop.
     
    Alternatively if the above fails to work:
     
    > Go to Steam Library
    > Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2
    > Properties
    > Local Files
    > Verify Integrity of Game Files
     
    Wait for the process to complete then relaunch ETS2 in Direct X mode.

    Since you have updated your game to the latest version and it still is not working, this could be a solution for you:  
     
    > Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
    > Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
    > Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
    > Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
    > Re-download the launcher and install
    > Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"
     
    Solution was meant to solve a connection error issue, but it is worth trying seeing if it sorts out your error.
     
    * Ensure you have opted out of all betas via ETS2 Steam properties.
