Please follow this screenshot http://prntscr.com/j4gkew .You need to have your profile and game details set to public, so that we can verify you have ETS2/ATS in your library and have at least 2 hours on it. You also need to uncheck.“Always keep my total playtime private”.

Greetings @Zischpeng this isn´t a bug, the f9 is coded to disable the chat so i suggest that you take and remap the save to some other key.

Greetings @Kraksters i applied for support last year and didn´t get in until january this year so it takes time due to the manager have alot of tickets to look through, so the best thing you can do is to be calm and have some patience and wait for a answer. you will recieve a mail when your application have been looked at and they have given you a answer.

Greetings @[TR] Amis truckers mp doesn´t support third party mods more then the winter mod and scout car but they get downloaded and installed automatically.
we have a guide line about mods that you can read here

Greetings @Alumas im sorry to say this but the game engine doesn´t support 2 cam views as like you explain. i think the game engine is to old for that to work and it will drain alot of computer power in the same time since it has to load both the external of the truck and the inside and it has to sync all traffic and enviroment.

the heavy cargo pack work perfectly in ets2mp it is just that the trailer for special cargo will kick you since the ai is with the trailer and mp doesn´t support ai cars

please next time use the search function. third party mods such as trucks or maps or anything that you have to have active in the mod manager while playing can´t be used in mp but there is forerunners mods that you have to activate in sp and edit the truck in sp to have it in mp.
