as said above, ETS2 Is not optimized that great. Try turning off some cpu-intensive applications in the background when you are playing, this causes stutter and lower fps

what mod are you using? I suggest you use the new additional customizing mod, it works and you can change the engine without changing the grill

Hey, what are your graphics settings at? Usually that is a resolution/scaling problem. Example: I had the resolution set at 1366x768 than 1920x1080 so the quality was choppy.
