OBS i heard is good, but i need for a bad laptop, 2 programs working together ets and recording, still i don't use programs to download games etc, but still uses laptop resources, i will use playstv , i will try it out  thanks soo much for this, what about FRAPS??

I do not know enough about it to speak my opinion. Most of the time if I am using OBS I am recording, Streaming and running ultra high graphics. i use to not be able to do all this but since i purchased my gaming PC new stuff is always open for me

Well, Multiplayer is only a MOD. You can always choose Singleplayer, without any "kids, etc."  

I'd feel bad for your DLC too. Maybe if you bought a map expansion and drove there instead of the areas where all the "kids" are you'd be fine. It's a matter of avoiding high population areas.

It's impossible to moderate a server with such a high player capacity.

Yes I am OK with you but i think we can't do great thing for these players. 

C-D is anything but a straight road, there's more than a few tight corners that slowing down through is needed not only for my own truck's stability, but to avoid those who can't slow down
