    If it is a YouTube video, you can press share at the bottom, skip to the part in the video where it happens, and check the box "Start at:" and a time anchor will appear at the end of the link(?t=00m00s for example), copy and paste the exact link and add it to the evidence.

    Hey, it appears your PM is disabled so I shall write here, since I don't want to pester you elsewhere. I filed a report, and you declined it asking me to "Provide timestamp instead of a 14 minute video for 1 perpetrator" which I did do, but perhaps something happened on your end. The YT link should've immediately directed you to the 2:00 mark, due to the end of the link reading ?t=2m.

      Instead of writing here ensure the link works and re-file the report. MrHarv probably deals with so many reports, he long forgot the exact situation he was dealing with when he reviewed yours.

      Yeah i declined it for that reason and it didn't directed me to 2 minutes even tho you said you placed the time anchor in video.

      Next time, just put both as a worst case scenario, write timestamp in text and in YT link too.
