  2. @Soul Knight The secondary issue of not being able to submit a ticket has been solved, thank you. That was the reason I made this thread. The issue I created the ticket for has not yet been resolved, however it appears that @MHT_ is working on it.
  3. Thanks for the reply @Soul Knight It did work this time. I did get a "Ticket created" message with all the relevant details. I'm not sure why it didn't work earlier, but I guess it pays to be persistent. Thanks!
  4. I would like to have my two-factor authentication (2FA) removed. I had activated 2FA and it had been working well for a time, but recently whenever I attempt to log in to https://truckersmp.com I receive the error "Invalid token" at https://truckersmp.com/2fa/validate and I cannot access any other parts of the site even though the top right of the page does show my username as being logged in. I have no Backup Codes available to use. I presume the Invalid token errors could be due to me having originally set up 2FA on a different device that I no longer have access to, though I do have TruckersMP in my Google Authenticator app on my current device. Twice today, I attempted to submit support tickets at https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket/create I can only get to that page after I log out by clicking the "logout" button on the top right. I was able to fill out all the fields, but after clicking "Create the ticket" I am once again presented with the 2fa/validate page that I cannot get past. I apologize if the tickets have indeed gone through and I'm making duplicates, but I have no way of knowing if they did or not. Viewing https://truckersmp.com/support/tickets when logged out doesn't show any open or closed tickets. I am able to log in to the forum (obviously) and to the game client itself. Thank you for your time.
  5. Firstly, I have read the threads "How To Properly Report Users" and "How to use the Report System [EN]". However, neither one mention the report function built into the "Tab" menu in-game. I'm a newcomer to TruckersMP, so I can only assume the in-game report function is relatively new. My question is this: If I report someone via the in-game menu, should I also file one via the report page at https://truckersmp.com/reports? Obviously, In order to provide video or a screenshot, I'd need to do so via the report page. Still, it's a duplicate report and would seem to create more work for the moderators. So, which is the preferred method: report in-game only, report on the report page only, or report on both? EDIT: Thanks for the answers. I guess the in-game report is for live reports to Admins who are currently in-game? I'll continue to submit them online as well.
