Nope i had it disabled all the time .... still fatal error every 5 minutes ingame

im receiving fatal error's all the time i upgraded the game since update , i dont know what's causing this , i only have the dragon dlc and national window flags installed , but not using the flags ingame because they were causing problems to many users , still don't know what could be wrong
