  1. Thanks alot for the help mate! Unfortunately, followed step by step (even CCleaner), and it's the same crash. EDIT : incredibly enough, after MP adding support for that particular DLC, it works.. well, kinda. It now works to wait 5 minutes , and then the game comes back
  2. Ive had him verify it several times. That's quite odd though as i know for a fact he only has Vive la France, Scandinavia, Cabin accessories, high power cargo pack, going east! and Rocket league promo. I know for a fact he doesnt use pirated DLC, because what's the point ? It wont work ingame in the legit steam version (wich he uses for both ATS and ETS2) also know he bought the other DLCs legit,(i told him to buy Vive la france and he did lol) so what exactly is happening here? He only bought the game a few days ago, and ATS today, because he saw me play it and he wanted it too, Im at a loss here. EDIT : Are you refering to this string ? > 00:00:03.578 : [hashfs] dlc_trailers.scs: Mounted and validated, 747 entries (7AFEB729C04B9D51749623E7D04144FD988376CFBF9BDF6D0FD751B11F3B66D) Because that's in my game.log aswell, and it has to be high powered cargo then because its the only trailers DLC i own.
  3. Well, he should be posting the log any minute now. I dont think it does actually, if ive not noticed it. But he can probably answer that better, himself! I pointed him in your direction! PS. sorry if i've replied in a wrong way, im new to this forum < nvm lol. all good.
  4. So basically we have tried everything at this point, everytime he uses F7, or sleep to reset the economy, his game crashes. Doesn't help to wait for 5-10 minutes either. I've no clue how to spot whats wrong in the log, but i asked him for it anyways so we could maybe get some help from you guys! mini-edit : we ofc also tried a new savegame, made on Online. I noticed the ACCESS_VIOLATION .. But i have 0 clue how to actually interpret this, so here goes. ____________________ Crash log created on: Wed Jan 18 03:01:25 2017 Build: 1.26.3.4s 4eac3ea8c0e5 OS: x86 / Windows 8.1 x64 (version 6.3) CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10GHz at 3093000 MEM: Phys:8144 Virt:4095 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Mem:2048 Ver: 21.21.13.7619 AvailMEM Virt:2486 Phys:4185 Total:9267 TotalMEM Virt:4095 Phys:8144 Total:14288 Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION EXE Base address: 001E0000 Fault address: 008A8D18 0001:006C7D18 D:\Jeux\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\eurotrucks2.exe Registers: EAX:00000000 EBX:00000018 ECX:0A360601 EDX:0A0385BC ESI:00000001 EDI:0A360854 CS:EIP: 0023:008A8D18 SS:ESP: 002B:0129F7F8 EBP:0129F81C DS:002B ES:002B FS:0053 GS:002B Flags: 00010206 EIP preamble: 00 83 C4 14 85 C0 74 19 68 38 19 E1 00 68 01 02 00 00 68 B0 9D D8 00 68 74 55 D9 00 FF D0 83 C4 10 6A 00 6A 00 6A 01 68 25 00 00 C0 FF 15 6C 23 CF 00 8A 4C 24 0F 8B 47 04 46 8B 04 18 83 C3 18 EIP bytecode: 8B 40 5C C1 E8 08 24 01 22 C8 88 4C 24 0F 3B 77 08 72 E3 8B 44 24 10 40 89 44 24 10 83 F8 02 0F 82 63 FF FF FF 8B 74 24 14 8B 5E 0C 8B 83 58 02 00 00 8B 93 54 02 00 00 8D 04 40 8D 3C C2 3B D7 Call stack (IMH): Address Frame 008A8D18 00000000 0001:006C7D18 D:\Jeux\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\eurotrucks2.exe 00790BA2 00000000 0001:005AFBA2 D:\Jeux\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\eurotrucks2.exe 0067B36A 00000000 0001:0049A36A D:\Jeux\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\eurotrucks2.exe 006BFF7F 00000000 0001:004DEF7F D:\Jeux\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\eurotrucks2.exe 00318FAE 00000000 0001:00137FAE D:\Jeux\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\eurotrucks2.exe 002FD929 00000000 0001:0011C929 D:\Jeux\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\eurotrucks2.exe 002C15F5 00000000 0001:000E05F5 D:\Jeux\Steam
