We do not want to interfere with our community's wishes by making even more changes to the road, therefore our only changes that will be done in the future to the road will more than likely be QoL changes, nothing that breaks the "immersion" of the road.

We've got recruitment for two teams coming up! Stay tuned for that I can't comment on some of these points as I do not have the necessary knowledge to do so. However, I do have a few comments about some others. - AI traffic is unfortunately outlooked to be quite a ways away in terms of implementation on our servers. It is a complex addition and requires a lot of time to do. - Updating all of the passenger vehicles would also require a ton of time. Unfortunately, the outlook of that being implemented would be very complex. The idea of a realism server has been brought up to the table several times. The issue is the lack of usage it would have. Unfortunately, a large percentage of the player-base does not want a realism server, so we've never gone further into the topic. Events will be a huge factor in TruckersMP in 2024. The Event Management has been hard at work planning more events, like Real Operations and Official Convoys already so you can plan on seeing more about that. ------------------------------------------------ On another note, I see that some want to see a server side economy. This has been suggested many times before and is/has been looked into. Like a lot of requested features, this will take a tremendous amount of time to make. Unfortunately, there's other things in higher priority. Overall, there have been great ideas submitted here. I'll leave this topic open for a few more days, hopefully we'll get a few more responses! Hi there, Currently, the train crossing is bugged. Our dev team is working on a solution. In the meantime, we have added some signs to the area, like the one you want removed. At this current moment, there is a 50/50 chance that the flashing lights will work for you when they need to. Therefore, that is why we've added that particular sign to prevent excessive traffic jams. We understand that the placement may be odd, however it was decided to place them there because the flashing lights are untrustworthy at the moment. No ETA on a solution implementation.

Report Moderator Recruitment From the 25th of January until the 27th of January, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Report Moderator Team. The Report Moderation team is the face of the reports that come in on the website of TruckersMP. The team is responsible for moderating in-game actions that are reported by players through our website, answering appeals in a timely manner and making sure they are issuing the correct punishments to those who break the rules. This helps to keep the roads safe for everyone, and ensures the community enjoys the best experience on our servers. Core Requirements: Familiarity with TruckersMP and its rules Must have a website account that is at least 12 months old Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication Must be at least 16 years old No bans or forum/Discord punishments within the last 12 months Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months Good behaviour across our communication channels Must be sufficiently proficient in English (written) Good communication skills Resilient, active and flexible Ability to work within a team and on your own at times Eager to learn and progress your knowledge Organised and adaptive Be able to accept constructive criticism Joining Process Initially, you will join under the team under the role of Game Moderation Trainee. During this time, you will receive 1 to 1 training with experienced Game Moderator Trainers. Once you have successfully completed your training and passed the relevant assessments, you will then be offered the position of Report Moderator. At this point, you will receive permission to review website reports and deal with your ban appeals, by applying what has been taught during your training and your own knowledge. During this period, your work will be subject to frequent checks by leaders, trainers and management to ensure you're progressing and developing in the role. We're looking for motivated players from all around the world to join our expanding team of Report Moderators.
