Yes the ethernet cable solved the problem thank you for the help!

Alright I will try a ethernet cable if that does not work then something is really messed up with my computer.

Have this problem been going on for around a week, I am using a Wi-Fi internet seems to be working fine no problems in the previous week. I have not changed my DNS adress in the adapter.

Sorry i'm just confused I have the "Cant Contact Update Server " the things I have tried were Redownloading the program, Running as Admin, Setting Beta to None, Restarting my computer, Updating Windows,and Redownloading the original ETS2. Im praying that its a glitch because I dont want to have to go into a major issue.

I have been trying to fix this for around a week going to everybody's solution and none of them has worked once I cant think of any other things than this being a glitch many other people have the same problem as me since it is not our computers it is the game. I even did some tests going on a computer with nothing on it and doing truckers mp and it has the same problem I am really not happy with the game since many other people have the same problem as me and we have yet to find a solution if anybody can think of anything else that will help yet I have tried every single solution and none of them have worked.

What I did when this happened was just go in as administrator which worked sometimes or when it did not just troubleshoot the compatibility then "test the program".

Its weird because it works sometimes and then some other times it does not.

Its going on and off so yeah needs to be hopefully fixed

I followed everything and your saying to "Go to our website and redownload with admin privileges" Is there a separate download or is it just the normal button? - Ok it worked I am in yet sometimes this happens again I think its just a glitch that happens a few times I know how to solve it now yet hopefully it gets fixed.

It still does not work am I doing it correctly when I right click it and then press "Run as Administrator"

I have the same problem as him and I tried it and it did not work I have all of my anti virus stuff not checking truckers mp I have no idea whats going on im also trying to find a answer could it be a glitch?

I'm recovering from the cant contact update servers glitch and I am following to get rid of truckers mp then download it with admin privileges but im not sure how to is there a separate tab or download or something?

For some reason I have to scan the launcher with the anti virus and it works sometimes it does not yet I can get it to work in around 3 tries thank you for all the help! This is the reason I love the community I can post a problem in less than a day and I can get the solution in about 24 hours!

I have not played this game in around 3 months and today when I came back something happened, I went ahead and clicked Truckers Mp and casually updated what needs to be updated. After clicking play it said "Outdated Version Detected" so I went ahead and closed it and went to the forums after going to the forums I came back and clicked truckers mp and the "Problem Contacting Update Server" popped up so after closing the game a few times and even uninstalling and reinstalling the mod this still happened. I am calling out for serious help because I really love this game and I cant even click the icon without a problem occurring would appreciate any help I could get. Might take some time to respond yet I will constantly check the forum.
