    ensure you have run the correct installer, and try to install the launcher 1.0.0.2 again checking install location

    you are launching launcher_ets2mp.exe instead of Launcher.exe

    then, I hope it is on your TODO list, because it causes the same problem as before, you have to go to the website to download, everytime an update is released
