A fim de corrigir este problema, você tem que baixar o Install C ++ 2015 Microsoft do Windows.

Etapas:

 Faça o download e instale o Install C ++ 2015 Microsoft

 Reinicie o PC

 Execute o launcher do TruckersMP como Administrador.
