okay I think I found a wierd solution: in Multiplayer go to Company Manager > Driver Manager > find 1 that has a redicilous number of hours to finish and select him/her > click on the driver's truck > Drive it > you get a message saying some hours needs to go > Yes do this for all your drivers. then go to Single Player and you should have the fixed hours for all, then save and go back to multiplayer it should be fixed there too. but then again if they take a job and you are in multiplayer and quit and lets say you come back 2 days after that, the amount of hours spend in-game in multiplayer will be added to your drivers finished hours.

yeah got the same problem, my drives gonna finish their delivery in +1800 in-game hourse; they should seperate the time of the day from the driver, jobs time; I think this will fix a lot of no jobs issues too. for now I am trying to see if there is any solution to it, ill let you know if I get anywhere.
