What if i dont have any folder named ETS2MP under documents?

Try creating a new user account and set it as administrator, see if it works then.

Also try opening the program in safe mode and see if it works there.

I don't know what's going on. None of these options worked. Even tho i tried them several times. But thanks for your help. Really don't know what to do. Maybe the last option is to reset my pc?

    Try this

  5. Try to run a sfc /scannow command in DOS then restart your computer and try again. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161

Also, download CCleaner and run a registry cleanup and try again. https://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/using-ccleaner/registry-cleaning

    Additionally you can try this,

    1. Right click ETS 2 in steam

    2. Select 'Launch with OpenGL'

    3. Let the game run and try going into game.

    4. Exit the game and go back to steam, right click ETS 2 again but this time select 'Launch with DirectX (64-Bit)

    5. Again go into game and then exit.

    6. Start TruckersMP up

  6. Run TMP as an administrator,

    Also...

    1.      Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

    2.      Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

    3.      Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

    4.      Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

    5.      Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

If it still doesn't work you can try manually deleting the core_ets2mp.dll file in the TruckersMP folder and then opening the launcher, pressing F1 and clicking 'install available updates' so that it re-downloads.

    1. Go to C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP

    2. delete the file core_ets2mp.dll

    3. Launch TruckersMP

    4. Press 'F1' and click 'install available updates'.

  10. The player who was banned could easily create a feedback ticket for their own ban...

I wouldn't see why it isn't allowed for another user to send feedback for a ban to another user, but i'm not sure if it is allowed.

Just ask your friend to go to https://truckersmp.com/feedback and make feedback there, also appeal first before you fill feedback form in.
