    As stated above, the EU servers are now called Simulation 1 and 2, you can connect to them even if you are from America, they are open worldwide, you may get a high ping though but it should be playable depending on which part of america you are in.

     

    I see that you are connected to Sim 1 right now, every is good?

    That avatar would not be allowed as it clearly shows TruckersMP Skoda Police Cars, this could mislead users into thinking you are a Game Moderator therefore it is not allowed.

    You do not need to do anything else, if you haven't linked your Discord account (if you have one) to your Patreon account then you won't get the benefits there.

    Please try everything below and get back to me!

     

    Try to run a sfc /scannow command in DOS then restart your computer and try again. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161

     

    Also, download CCleaner and run a registry cleanup and try again. https://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/using-ccleaner/registry-cleaning

     

    Delete the ETS2MP folder from documents and follow the guide below, (you can backup the files in the folder if you like first, you don't really need the logs folder though).

     

    1.      Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

    2.      Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

    3.      Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

    4.      Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

    5.      Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

     

    Also, verify the ETS 2 game files.

    Please try these things

     

    1. Run the program as an administrator (right click the shortcut and select 'run as an administrator' and accept the UAC prompt.

    3. Install these two programs

  7. Hello,

     

    For this, you will need to go into Documents\ETS2MP\logs and then find the log_spawning log for the date of which the ramming happened.

     

    Inside of the .log file (of which you can open with notepad) you will need to search in your case (1371), you can do that by pressing CTRL+F on the file and putting in the number (which the brackets) and then press enter until you find the players correct username, you will see TMPID: with the TMP ID number next to it on the line of the user that you want to report, just copy that number into the report form on the website and you will be able to report the user.

    Please could you try re-installing your graphics drivers with DDU.

     

    Instructions.

     

    1. Download the latest Nvidia graphics driver from here: https://www.geforce.com/drivers - place it somewhere you will remember

    For AMD download drivers here https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-driver-autodetect

    2. Download DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

    3. Extract DDU to somewhere

    4. Open DDU (as an admin) and select GPU on the right

    5. Click 'Clean and Restart'

    6. Your computer will reboot now, once you are back logged into your computer you will notice that the resolution is much lower (this is normal).

    7. Open the downloaded graphics driver file from step 1 and install it.

    8. Once the driver is installed, reboot your computer and see if you are still having issues!

    Additionally, adding onto @BL4CK$K1LL's comment, I'd like to add that for this specific error, a known fix is to do the following,

     

    > On your keyboard, do the Windows key combination + R (Win + R) to open "run".
    > Write "CMD" (yes the quotes in the text) and stop Enter.
    > Type "netsh winsock reset" in CMD, and then type Enter.
    > Wait for the message "" Winsock reset completed successfully ".
    > Restart your PC

    If you are linking a picture to a imgur image, you will need to right click on the image in Imgur, then click 'Copy Image Address', then paste that link onto where you want to link it on the forum.

    Additionally, if you want to remove attachments to free up attachments space on the forums then you can find the image that you want to remove in 'My Attachments', click on where you post it on the forum (which will be to the right of the image in attachments), then once on the forum post page, then click 'Report' on the post, put in the report box that you would like the post or image to be deleted to free up some attachment space and a forum moderator will remove it for you.

    Please try the below and see if it fixes your problem!

     

    Follow the instructions:

    1. Start a command line as an administrator (cmd)

    2. Run the command:

    sfc /scannow

     

    3. Wait, and then restart your computer

    4. Run ETS 2 in single player mode in x64 DirectX mode

    5. Drive a short distance

    6. Exit Game

    7. Start multiplayer
