  1. Suggestion Name: Better GPS Icons Suggestion Description: Hello truckers! Most of us use navigation to check if someone is coming from the opposite way while overtaking and see them. But there is a small confusion about that situation. Player in the navigation is shown as round/circle so we cant be sure if he's going in our way or coming from the opposite way. With a small change, I think we can solve it. Current appearance: Appearance in the new version: Why should it be added?: Because of the way it looks in new version, we'll be able to see which way player is heading.   5. Hello to all, As the title says, I would like the Haulie Island map to be permanently available on the Euro Truck Simulator 2 MP servers. I think that it can bring only positive things, - A dedicated place for those who want to compete and let off steam - An area of exchange and discussion - large spaces for meetings Moreover I think that if the players use this place well, it will be positive on the rest of the map where people can enjoy the simulation fully and in the rules! I thank you for reading and I hope that many of you will support this idea !

  7. If players were bored by the course of the road or scenery in the area of Calais and Duisburg, they could drive somewhere more interesting. As this obviously isn't the case, why wasting ressources in the redesign? Just wondering.

  11. I assume Haulie Island is the server on which the recent tournament took place. While there might be more suitable games to let off steam, I'd agree to keep Haulie Island as a permanent server if it isn't moderated by the TruckersMP team.

  13. Добрый день, товарищи. Решил я значит заглянуть в ATS MP, а она хоп и отказалась запускаться. Целостность файлов проверил на всякий случай, всё целое. С ETS2 такой проблемы нет. На скрине увидите, что там пишется про путь установки, но ведь игра запускалась когда я последний раз играл в нее (это было в октябре 2022 года), теперь вот прошло несколько месяцев, игра перестала запускаться. В сингл пробовал зайти, там появляется окошко "подготовка к запуску игры", это окошко моргает и больше ничего не происходит. https://imgur.com/a/WqW98bl (добавлено чуть позднее) Эм.. Чет я нифига не понимаю что за фигня творится. С ETS2 тоже такая же проблема, но я ведь в нее играл пару дней назад (позовчера), не было проблем. (добавлено еще чуть позднее) Не знаю что случилось там в этом баговом стиме, я его перезапутил, и обе игры стали запускаться в обычном режиме (кто бы мог подумать и кто бы мог знать что надо перезапустить стим...). В общем мой комментарий по факту теперь не актуален, как удалить не знаю, удалите модераторы. Спасибо.

  18. Suggestion Name: Traffic Police Suggestion Description: Team that controls the traffic. Example road calais to duisburg. Kicking players that blocks the road and that cause fille. Have no authority to ban players. Special cars or other cars then admins. Any example images: yes Why should it be added?: There are a lot of traffic jams in the game. Players that blocks the road and there is always a big mess and traffic jam in the famous roads. Lot of times there is no admin Online or nearby. with this special team shall the roads will be more free and there will be less congestion. Whas playing for a couple hours and i hear a lot of players talking about the same problem.

Suggestion Name: reconnect after 'unreliable connection' Suggestion Description: make the client reconnect after getting kicked for unreliable connection Any example images: Why should it be added?: From my POV, when I try to load in heavy areas (crowded cities, etc) my game freezes, and after it actually loads in, I am already kicked for the said reason, and it might get pretty annoying. For example, it can take me a few attempts to get onto the server while trying to load in a new place each time.

  20. Suggestion Description: On the Duisburg-Calais road, one of the biggest situations that increases traffic is gas stations. Players have difficulty entering and exiting the gas station. Due to the large crowd, the traffic is increasing. Any example images: Why should it be added?: Adding a new gas station will remove excess traffic and help make the road smoother. Players will not have to wait for other players and will be able to enter and exit more easily when they enter the gas stations on their way.

Can somebody do something about skodas/cars in the game being this ever powerful being that can flip trucks and push trucks out the way like im a bit of paper...im sick of being flipped by them or barged out the way from them when there is at times a 60x weight difference.......or better still get rid of them (mayby except for patreon subs)

  26. I understand the idea behind the original suggestion as well as your input. But you have to wrap your head around the idea that more staff doesn't automatically result in a more efficient game moderation, if the staff isn't properly trained. And while it might look to be an attractive benefit to some, a vehicle isn't necessary to moderate the game. Game moderators make use of the free cam instead. I hope we are on the same page now. Please let me know if you have any further doubts or questions.

  30. I am sure that additional emergency vehicles aren't necessary and that "Traffic Moderators" need to be properly trained to work effectively, just like Game Moderators. If you feel that Game Moderators don't fulfill their duties in a sufficient manner, you can contact the TruckersMP team with this issue via the feedback system.

  39. The traffic congestions at the railroad crossing and other locations are primarily a result of the high volume of road traffic. A reduction of the number of trains therefore won't have a significant positive impact on the traffic situation.

Every survey should last at least a week or two, or even a month and not just a long weekend, because not everyone visits the site and only a few people notice it. 2 000 users in previous survey is a small part of people compared to thousans of regular users and millions of registered. This survey should have taken place before your "Road to Simulation" because I believe some of them are no longer playing on your servers after this update.

  45. Just done it. Would be great to be able to go back to the survey (in read-only mode) to go back to the information shared by the staff on this survey. I have to say that I'm a bit puzzled with the meanings/differences between: Collisions ✓ / Speed Limit ✓ / Road Rules ✓ (current Simulation server) and Collisions ✓ / Speed Limit X / Road Rules ✓ I understand that no Speed Limit means you can drive at 150+Km/h But to me if you have both "Road Rules" and "Speed Limit" enabled we should have the road speed limits enforced. Not allow "speed limits" higher than the road ones. Otherwise Road Rules shouldn't be really marked as enabled. Especially when you know that we are already not banning people if they don't respect the road rules and don't bother anyone (i.e. not respecting the traffic lights or not respecting road signage for overtaking someone). In my view, currently we are more in this situation "Collisions ✓ / Speed Limit X / Road Rules ✓". Being able to drive at 110Km/h on small countryside roads is equivalent to no speed limit for me. And "Collisions ✓ / Speed Limit X / Road Rules X" would be when you really have no speed limit (150+Km/h). That's just my opinion. I'm sharing it. Also, the survey mentions 2 positions they are trying to find a middle ground for: Allowing any speed (which would annoy hardcore simulation players) or set road speed limits (would be boring for some players). But what about removing speed limits but make the truck stability and braking settings more realistic so that people have to drive more responsibly if they don't want to hit a wall or go off the road on each turn? That way people from both sides would not find it boring: people who would be bored at slow speed would now be challenged to drive as fast as possible on twisty roads (but they would have to drive MUCH slower) but on motorways and straight line (non-dangerous zones) they would still be able to go fast. And hardcore simulation drivers would probably find it more interesting as people would drive less recklessly (otherwise they would get an immediate punishment/crash) and at lower speed in dangerous zones. That said, I have no idea if that's easy to implement?
