Suggestion Description: On the Duisburg-Calais road, one of the biggest situations that increases traffic is gas stations. Players have difficulty entering and exiting the gas station. Due to the large crowd, the traffic is increasing. Any example images: Why should it be added?: Adding a new gas station will remove excess traffic and help make the road smoother. Support Team Recruitment From the 1st of May until the 31st of May , we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Support Team. As a member of the TruckersMP Support Team, you will be in charge of providing assistance to players if they have any TruckersMP related issues or questions. This can be through Support tickets on our website, private messages, topics on the forums, and the support channels on our Discord server. Core Requirements: Have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the rules Must be a member of TruckersMP for at least 12 months Must be registered on the TruckersMP forum for at least 6 months* Must be at least 16 years old No bans / forum or Discord punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months Must have overall good behaviour, which includes forum, Discord and our official social media pages You have sufficient knowledge of the English language Good communication skills Resilient, active and flexible Ability to work within a team and on your own at times Eager to learn and progress your knowledge Organised and adaptive Be able to accept constructive criticism Regular activity on both our Discord guild and forum* *Team specific requirement Specific Qualifications Technical knowledge: Must have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the most common errors and issues Willingness to learn: As TruckersMP progresses, there will always be new issues. Must be willing to progress the knowledge to be able to conquer these new issues. Willingness to help: As assisting players that are in need of help will be your daily responsibility in the Support Team, we expect a high level of problem-solving skills and a general willingness to help others. This requires regular helpful activity across our platforms before submitting the application. Data protection: Having a broad understanding of data protection and how to deal with sensitive information, as the security of our player's confidential information is what matters the most to us.
