Support Team Recruitment From the 18th of October until the 18th of November, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Support Team. Support is a very important role within the team since you will provide technical assistance to users who urgently need it. Starting as a Support Trainee under the supervision of Support Management, you will learn about the job and will complete a test to see if you are a valuable asset for the Support Team. After this, you will become Trial Support, where you are helping people on the forum, Discord and the Support System. Finally, if your work is up to the high standards set by the Support Management, you will become a full member of the Support Team and provide assistance to players all across the TruckersMP platform. Core Requirements Have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the rules Must be a member of TruckersMP for at least 12 months Must be registered on the TruckersMP forum for at least 3 months Must be at least 16 years old No bans / forum or Discord punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months Must have overall good behaviour, which includes forum, Discord and our official social media pages You have sufficient knowledge of the English language Good communication skills Resilient, active and flexible Ability to work within a team and on your own at times Eager to learn and progress your knowledge Organised and adaptive Be able to accept constructive criticism Showing regular helpful activity on our forum as well as on our official Discord server; Specific Qualifications: Good problem solver Enjoyment in helping other users Experienced with using Discord and the TruckersMP Forum Languages: We are mainly looking for the following languages, however, we will be flexible. HAPPPYYY SUNNNDDDAAAYYY FFFUUUNNN DDAAYYYY EVERYONE!!! Today is special as today marks 10 months that I have been on TruckersMP, 10 amazing months with driving to places to making friends. I made so many new friends. I first started without any knowledge to multiplayer, I first tried it out, thankfully in American Truck and it was very cool how everything worked, jobs, profiles and the driving. After a while of driving I discovered Las Vegas, it was crazy and I loved it, then a month or 2 goes by and I bought ETS2, the realization of how it was way more popular than ATS was crazy! Anyways, what I am trying to say here is that, I made so many memories, so many friends and planned to keep going for however long I can. Special thanks to @Hubs. for introducing me this game 10 months ago. I hope everyone had a fun Sunday and expect another one of these in December for the 1 year < 3

My name is Petr (RedWolf_TMP), and I am member of TruckersMP Community. My hobby is asnwering/helping to others with their issues/questions as asoon as I am able to. I will do best for you to asnwer your question and I can trust you, you will not be alone to solve your problem here! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Answer to your question/issue: 1. Solution - Verify integrity of in-game files - Go to Steam Library - Right Click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Properties - Local files - verify integrity of game files - it will take a some time (depends, where you have installed your game) SSD,HDD, so wait until it will finished. 2. Solution - Start TruckersMP as Administrator, this is really important! 3. Solution - Also try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64) Guide: > Go to your steam App > Go to library > Go to ETS 2 / ATS > Click "Play" > Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit). Make sure you chose 64 bit. > Start ETS 2 > Choose your profile and press "drive" > Close ETS 2 > Start TruckersMP as admin. TruckersMP will start with DirectX for all time. Except you change it again. 4. Solution - Re-instalation of TMP Client/Launcher Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Go to documents and delete this folders called (ETS2MP, ATSMP) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates" Also, please do not forget to have latest drivers of your Graphic card.
