Support Team Recruitment From the 18th of October until the 18th of November, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Support Team. Support is a very important role within the team since you will provide technical assistance to users who urgently need it. Starting as a Support Trainee under the supervision of Support Management, you will learn about the job and will complete a test to see if you are a valuable asset for the Support Team. After this, you will become Trial Support, where you are helping people on the forum, Discord and the Support System. Finally, if your work is up to the high standards set by the Support Management, you will become a full member of the Support Team and provide assistance to players all across the TruckersMP platform. Core Requirements Have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the rules Must be a member of TruckersMP for at least 12 months Must be registered on the TruckersMP forum for at least 3 months Must be at least 16 years old No bans / forum or Discord punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months Must have overall good behaviour, which includes forum, Discord and our official social media pages You have sufficient knowledge of the English language Good communication skills Resilient, active and flexible Ability to work within a team and on your own at times Eager to learn and progress your knowledge Organised and adaptive Be able to accept constructive criticism Showing regular helpful activity on our forum as well as on our official Discord server; Specific Qualifications: Good problem solver Enjoyment in helping other users Experienced with using Discord and the TruckersMP Forum Languages: We are mainly looking for the following languages, however, we will be flexible. Name: Introduce quick reply feature in TMP chat. Description: A quick reply feature has already been introduced in the SCS Convoy multiplayer but not in TruckersMP. I understand that the convoy chat is absolutely not the same as the TMP chat. I am suggesting that TMP creates a new quick reply feature and integrate it in the current TMP chat. An overview of how this will function: 1. The user will press Q to open quick replies. 2. The user will then be able to select from the following options using 1-9 buttons: Social: Hello! I'm sorry. Thank you! Yes! No. Nice Truck! Nice Trailer! Goodbye! Driving: Please keep a distance. Stopping!!! Accident ahead Traffic ahead Roadworks ahead Convoy: I'm turning left! I'm turning right! I'm going straight! I'm stopping here. I'm stopping for fuel. 3. The message will be sent to the TMP chat. It will be translated for users who do not have the language set to English. Why should it be added: Communication in TMP is somewhat important. At the moment, the most reliable form of communication is through voice chat, which not everyone has access to. Text chat is another method of communication but poses a huge risk to drivers when chatting while driving. A quick reply feature will minimize the risk of accidents as you don't need to worry about having to type up some common sentences in the TMP universe. The translation feature as part of the quick reply feature will improve communication between drivers. Disclaimer: Quick replies cannot be edited in order to prevent users from being disrespectful to other drivers. A cooldown of about 20 seconds would be useful to prevent spam. "Rec ban" - which is probably the most used phrase in tmp shouldn't be added mainly because it doesn't really serve any useful purpose other than to intimidate users around them.

INTRODUCTION Reverse parking is the most important and usual maneuver, which every driver at the beginning of his career must know in advance. Compared to reality, the execution of this maneuver is much more difficult and does not have the benefits that the game offers, namely the viewing angles of the vehicle assembly (a truck and a semi-trailer). METHOD OF EXECUTION The execution of this maneuver generally differs by several factors, the most important being: place, area and type of semi-trailer. At the same time, the execution mode is very much influenced by the settings in the game of each of you and the maneuverability device used (my game settings are default and I use the keyboard). Scenario presented: Reverse parking using the second viewing angle. Step 1: Take a general look at the place and space available to perform the maneuver; Step 2: Set some landmarks (in my case, parked semi-trailers and parking markings) and position yourself parallel to them. The distance between the vehicle assembly and the reference point or points must be approximately the same as below; Step 3: Start the vehicle assembly in reverse mod, in a straight line, very easily, following immediately after forming an approximately obtuse angle between the truck and the semi-trailer. It is very important to perform this maneuver slowly; Step 4: Continue the maneuverability of the vehicle assembly very easily, opening and closing the previously formed uncle slightly, as necessary, until it is placed in a straight line; Step 5: Maneuver the vehicle assembly in reverse mod, in a straight line, as needed. All the steps explained: FINAL In order to easily learn the ability to perform this maneuver, regardless of the scenario, it is recommended to learn very well the general maneuvering of the set of vehicles (driving back and forth, framing in various places and spaces). Once you learn this maneuver as shown, it will be very easy for you to perform it anywhere, especially if you want to integrate into a virtual company. I've been having a high ms problem for about 2 days. My latency is between 400-500 ms. When I do internet speed test, the result is fine. I don't have a problem with speed. No unnecessary applications running in the background on the computer. I deleted and reinstalled the game but it didn't work. I think the problem is caused by the truckers mp can anyone help for the solution?
