"Helping traffic" is not a reason for people to block traffics at busy areas, blocking traffic will just make everyone jammed up plus their delieveries becomes late.Nobody can block traffic at anywhere, anytime.This "Helping traffic" method will just make things worse. Move along with the traffic flow and go to your destination is the only thing you can help with the traffic.
